3. Access and Cooperation You are responsible for providing us with access to the water tank and necessary utilities required for the service. It is essential to ensure the water tank is empty and accessible by our technicians at the agreed-upon time. Failure to do so may result in additional charges or cancellation of the service.

4. Pricing and Payment The pricing for our water tank cleaning services will be communicated to you during the booking process. Payment is due upon completion of the service. We accept cash, credit cards, or other agreed-upon payment methods. In the event of non-payment, we reserve the right to recover any costs associated with collection efforts.

5. Liability and Indemnity While we take utmost care in providing our services, Ace Tank Cleaner will not be held liable for any damage, loss, or injury that may occur during or as a result of the service, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of our services.

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling If you need to cancel or reschedule your water tank cleaning service, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the service due to unforeseen circumstances, and we will make reasonable efforts to provide an alternative arrangement.

7. Intellectual Property All content and materials provided by Ace Tank Cleaner, including but not limited to logos, images, and text, are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You are prohibited from using, reproducing, or distributing our materials without our prior written consent.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Delhi. Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved in the courts of Delhi.
